STAGES OF ORDER

How do I place an order?


 

Stage 1 : Identification

 

If it is the first order you place on our website, you must create your own account first. In order to do so, you must complete the registration form. Be sure of the validity of your e-mail address, so you can receive all of our notifications about the follow-up to your order.

If you are already one of our customers, you must identify yourself using the e-mail address and the password you had registered during your first order, then click on “Validate”, so as to finish your order.

 

Stage 2 : Order

 

You must add the articles one by one to your basket. After each new item, you can click either on “Resume shopping” or “See your Basket”. In order to validate your purchases, you must click on “Order”. At the time of the final validation of your basket, you can visualize the articles you have ordered, the total price of your order as well as the delivery charges.

 

Stage 3 : Summary

 

Check the content of your order on the summary: articles, quantity, price, delivery costs, delivery address.


Stage 4 : Payment

 

The payment is carried out by credit card, via the MERCANET system (BNP PARIBAS). You can choose between three types of credit cards: CB, Visa and MasterCard. The charts emitted by banks domiciled out of France must obligatorily be international bank cards.


Stage 5 : Confirmation

 

In order to be sure that your order was properly registered, you must reach this Stage. Since now, you can print the confirmation of your order. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation, which will include the reference of your order.

 

 

I cannot validate my basket, what can I do ?

 

Our order process needs your computer to accept “cookies”. Cookies permit the back-up of the items you have added to your basket as to make your order. If you have disabled the cookies on your computer, you must change your internet browser options accordingly.

 

 

How to cancel my order ?

 

So as to cancel your order, you need to go in the “See your basket” section and click on the dustbin on the right of the item: this will cancel your order and empty your basket.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITIES

What happens if the price of an item lowers on the website ?

 

If the price of an item lowers after you have ordered it, we won’t be able to compensate you, in line with the in force commercial law. On the opposite, we won’t ask for a higher cost if the price of an item happens to raise after you have placed your order.

 

 

As for the availability of an item

 

If a product is available, it will be sent to you within the 24 hours after the validation of your order. On the opposite, if an item is not available, the “unavailable” mention will be posted under the product. You will not be able to order it.

 


At what time are the ordered items set aside ?

 

The ordered items are set aside by our services at the time of the validation of your order.

PAYMENT

How to pay by credit card ?

 

The payment by credit card is carried out securely on an encrypted page of our partner bank thanks to the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This protocol guarantees the confidentiality of your recorded information. This way of payment is safe from any hacking attempt: the whole information relating to the payment is encrypted, from our computer to the bank’s servers. Audiogenic.fr does not keep any information linked to your credit card: this is why we will ask for it at each new transaction on our website.

 

 

What should I do if my payment by credit card is refused ?

 

First of all, check the expiry date of your card. If the bank transaction is refused, it may be because you have overrun your authorized ceiling. We invite you to contact your bank in order to verify the amount of this ceiling.

 

 

What happens after the receipt of my payment ?

 

After the receipt of your payment, your order will be validated by our services. The validation of your order automatically causes the preparation process.

Audiogenic.fr presents the entire CD/vinyl catalogue produced by Audiogenic SARL.

New releases will be automatically posted on the website.

3- Delivery time


French customers = 1 - 5 days

European customers = 4 - 10 days

4- My parcel has been sent but I still haven’t received it. What can I do ?


We invite you to send us an e-mail ( contact@audiogenic.fr ) ten days after the date of your order, including your name, order number and invoice number.



5- What to do if I am out on the date of my delivery ?


If you are out on the date of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mail-box. On this delivery notice will be indicated a new date of delivery or the address where you can pick up your parcel.

REGISTRATION AND VALIDATION OF YOUR ORDER

I did not receive the confirmation of my order, what can I do ?

 

You receive the confirmation of your order by e-mail after the registration of the mean of payment. First of all, you should consult the follow-up of your order so as to ensure yourself that it was properly registered. Check the validity of your registered e-mail address or that our e-mail confirmation was not sent in your “junk mail” section.

 

 

Why do I need to supply information or documentary evidence so as to validate my order ?

 

In accordance with our engagement on the security of the payments, the Validation Service checks the registered information during the registration of an order. In some cases, the Validation Service may ask you for complementary information (Identity Card, bank details…) in order to validate your order and send your parcel. In order to receive your parcel as soon as possible, we advise you to give your wireline number and to confirm the information or to send back the requested documents within the day, if you are contacted.

 


Can I modify the delivery address if my parcel has already been sent ?

 

If your parcel has already been sent, it is impossible to modify the delivery address.

RETURNS

You have a right of retractation of seven (7) days envisaged by the law to turn over us the items you had ordered without having to provide reason. In this case, the expenses of returns are with your load. The right of retractation cannot be exerted for the recordings audio, video or software data-processing when they were loosened and provided that the product is in a perfect state.
