If, in spite of our vigilance, the articles are inalienable, We will inform You by e-mail as soon as possible. In the event of unavailability, We reserve ourselves the possibility of providing You in replacement an article of a quality and an equivalent price.

If We could not provide You an article of quality and equivalent price, You will be able to cancel your order. Refunding will be carried out at the latest in the thirty days as from the payment of the sums paid by the customer.

 

Arcticle 4 : Customs Duties

Any order placed on the Site and delivered apart from France could be subjected to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the parcel arrives to its destination. The delivered goods will remain our property until You filled all your obligations in our opposition, and in particular until the integral payment of the price. The order will be dispatched as of reception of the payment. In the event of unusual delay, a mail will be addressed to you.

 

Article 8 : Guarantee of the hidden defects and responsibility

On the assumption that the articles that We delivered to You would present hidden vice, You will be able to choose between the cancellation of your sale contract against full repayment of the versed sums and the expenses of return (in standard mode) and conservation of the article delivered with the help of one to have.
