Ingrained with the spirit of the underground, Pattern J raised amongst the elite of French contenders in the hardcore scene. He discovered electronic music in the early 90s via trance and techno. He quickly picked up the M.A.O. techniques as trance and techno were booming.
However, in 2002, his path took another direction as he entered on the hardcore scene. He searched for a more underground sound which would totally match to his frame of mind at this time: mischievous and rebellious! Determined to take no chances, he threw in his chips and went for it. He workedhard and his first vinyl was released in 2006 under the Italian label, R909%. It took no more than a few months for hisproductions to gain maturity. As a result, he began attracting the attention of other labels such as Dualkore, Absurd Audio, Psychik Genocide or Neurotoxic (Audiogenic). PatternJ was born. Since 2008, the sky has been the limit for PatternJ and he has spun many live shows both in France and abroad.
A real seasoned liverable to power a never felt before energy, Pattern J hasendowed his music with a genuine personalized kickspiced up with an incredible dynamism. In other words:a truly explosive cocktail! PatternJ has since been the resident for the Audiogenic crew. To seal the deal, Digital Jolt, his debut album, has been released in 2009. One year later, Pattern J created his own label called We Hungerrun by Trypod.
On the occasion of his new album Twisted Galaxy released in June 2012, Pattern J stepped in to mix basslines and dubstep breaks to create true industrial noisy sounds. No doubt: a fully hardcore frenchcore space opera!
In Twisted Galaxy, Pattern J depicts his own vision of mankind and its appearance. No apocalyptical prophecy at issue but only party time fuelled with frenchore music!
