Worthy heir of the English underground tradition, E-Coli composes his first tracks in MAO in 2010 and it is a revelation!

 

Since then, E-Coli has built his musical universe around a perfect symbiosis between Hardtek and Frenchcore, marked by melodies of distant inspiration, Balkan and Bohemian among others. Both exhilarating and energetic, his music is always punctuated by fearsome kicks and powerful basses.

 

E-Coli regularly releases new productions, as well as remixes and collabs with the greatest of the hardcore scene, notably on Amen4Tekno but also on the prestigious labels Audiogenic, Peacock Records, Frenchcore S’il Vous Plaît or UndergroundTekno. An outstanding performer, he unleashes the crowds and scours venues all over the world: after the United Kingdom, his native land, he sets out to conquer Russia, Japan, Canada, Israel and much more. In 2015, E-Coli co-founded the English festival Balter, an annual event that celebrates underground music: like a return to his roots.

The year 2020 represents a turning point in the artist’s career: E-Coli releases his first album "The Mariachi" as well as multiple collaborations with promising artists such as JKLL, Tanukichi, Digital Violence, or AKSYS. At the same time, he set up the Ed Cox & E-Coli project, with the talented multidisciplinary artist Ed Cox: together, they offer unique performances, such as a whirlwind of accordion and catchy tekno beats, all the while inviting many other musicians for an ever richer and more intense show. In a word: explosive!

 

In 2021, E-Coli continues to push himself to the forefront of the scene, with kicks that kick, brass instruments and heady melodies: always ready to take on the dancefloor, the artist has not finished surprising!
